Espacio Zen Contemporáneo is a member of I.T.K.A. (International Taijiquan Kungfu Association) School. Our objective is to foster “VIBRANT HEALTH” through our inner search for different paths, exploring our conscience with the philosophy of the Advaita Vendata, Consuelo Martín.
Tai Chi Chuan is considered to be a method for Health and Wellbeing, for the understanding of internal energy and martial skills.
Chi Kung is a body-mind practice made up of gentle physical movements, breathing exercises and mental concentration.
