In compliance with Act 34/2002 on Information Services and Electronic Mail, we request your authorisation to continue providing you with information. Your data will be recorded in the database of the tourist information office. In no case will these data be used for any purpose other than to send you tourist information on Getxo and its area of influence, or passed on to third parties, as per the principles of personal data protection. If you do not wish to receive tourist information from this office in future, please let us know accordingly.

Data protection information clause

Your data will be added to the 'DIFUSIÓN TURÍSTICA' data processing system managed by Getxo Town Council (calle Fueros 1, turismo@getxo.eus). The system aims to promote Getxo's tourist attractions. The legal basis for processing is both consent and the fulfilment of a legal duty. No transfer of personal data is expected. The owner has the right to access, rectify, erasure, and right to object, to restriction of processing and to data portability. These rights can be exercised by sending a written communication to the postal address of the City Council or to datuak@getxo.eus (data protection delegate), attaching identification documentation to the written request.
