Uri Caine is considered one of the most versatile and restless musicians of his generation. Trained in jazz and classical music, his career has allowed him to collaborate, from a very young age, with great legends such as Philly Joe Jones, Joe Henderson and Don Byron, building a personal language that defies labels.

This concert pays tribute to Pio Lindegaard, a key figure in the promotion of culture and music, through a proposal that celebrates creativity, freedom, and shared memory.

In the Uri Caine Trio, rhythm & blues, gospel, free jazz, and contemporary popular music blend together naturally. The result is a surprising hybrid sound, where improvisation, emotion and risk are in constant dialogue.

Accompanied by Mark Helias (bass) and Ben Perowsky (drums), Uri Caine performs lively, open and deeply expressive music.
